Who's your Daddy?!?!

Ok, hopefully NOT ME...but after a week of NO progress...I got up bright and early Saturday morning and did THE POWER HOUR.

30 minutes Bike - 6.8 miles - 188 calories
30 minutes Walk - 2.0 miles - 180 calories

I feel SO much better and am ready to START my weekend!
