First, I warmed up by doing a 4% incline on the treadmill for 30 minutes burning 170 calories and walking 1.75 miles...then, this is where it gets crazy...
I WENT TO SPIN CLASS! Wow...my buns and thighs are still burning.
Note to self: Next time, I will bring:
- 2 towels
- More water
- and WEAR MY BIKE SHORTS!!!
I love spinning! Love, love love it! It makes you an all round better cyclist.
