Today I went ALL OUT. I mean ALL OUT!
It felt awesome. I swam for a little under 20 minutes and did my half mile...then I "transitioned" into my biking. I toweled off, put my bike shorts on and biked for 35 minutes...and 8.25 miles (215 Calories).
I feel AWESOME! My adrenaline is going and I feel like I can actually do this!

holy crap! I wish I could commit to any sort of exercise....I don't have the time or the motivation!
